About the McAuliffe Condo
Location: The Big Island
on the South Kohalo Coast,
located on the resort side of the Island, in Waikoloa Village.
THE WAIKOLOA VILLAS
are located on the 9th Fairway of the Village golf course on 1860 Lua Kula Street, C205.
1,200 Square feet, the condo offers both golf and ocean views, plus the most spectacular sunsets available throughout all the Islands.
It includes: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus a queen blow up mattress or hide-a-bed in the couch. A washer & dryer is in the condo for your use and the kitchen is fully equipped. Microwave, Foreman grill, crock pot, i.e. completely stocked for your needs.
New carpet, paint and a thorough cleaning service assures our guests of a safe and clean environment.
The condo will be thoroughly cleaned and ready for your arrival. However, linen closets are fully stocked with additional sheets, blankets, towels, and washcloths. Blow dryers are in both bathrooms and iron & ironing boards are also available, although we hope you don’t use it !! 24 hours is all it takes in the spacious closets to delete any wrinkles!
The Lanai is spacious with comfortable furniture including a lounge & dining set. A separate bar with sink is also located on the lanai which makes it a perfect place to mix those margaritas and Mai Tais! Yes we do have a blender for specialty drinks!! The Lanai has the most magnificent sunsets....each day offers a different view. During the day, enjoy the ocean view with a blue brilliance that will dazzle you.
